24 hours notice is required to cancel a massage, as well as any current package or promotion. Otherwise, 100% of the price will be charged. A credit card number is required. If a package is used, a massage will be removed from the package
The promotional value of gift cards sold at a reduced price is valid for 1 year. The full value of free gift cards expires after one year.
