Psychosomatic massage is a deep tissue which includes and emotional release. The massage involves an analysis of the body and mind.


A psychosomatic illness encompasses the mind and body. It happens when a psychological stressors affect physiological functions to the point where the body becomes unbalances and distressed.


Studies have shown that those suffering from anxiety or depression (psychological stressors) are more likely to suffer from a heart attack (somatic symptom) even without having a physical disease or condition





The therapist’s goal is to try to improve the connection between the mind-body and soul in order to improve the overall wellbeing of the client. By using knowledge and intuition along with palpation, the therapist tries to decipher the emotional and physical experiences that remain in the body and tissue as part of cell memory.
